The Piping Pavilion is located on the EXPO floor
Demonstration tables will feature larger pipe sizes and fittings, allowing participants to see how lightweight and easy to handle the system is.
Participants install multiple drops along a header pipe, securing them to the unistrut at the base.
Participants use basic tools to complete their installation, tightening by hand and securing with a quarter turn for a reliable connection.

Who Can Attend?

Open to personnel from manufacturing plants, distributors, specifiers, auditors, and equipment manufacturers.

Step-by-Step Experience for Plant Maintenance Teams

  1. Enter the 20’x30’ Pavilion at the front of the EXPO Hall and watch a short video on the advantages of aluminum piping over traditional materials.
  2. View a collection of graphics that demonstrate best practices for compressor rooms and point-of-use distribution. A presenter will explain each stage of the piping process and answer questions.
  3. Interact with larger pipe sizes (4”–10”) and learn the best practices for assembly and installation of larger diameter piping.
  4. Install various drop configurations using pre-cut lengths and components provided on nearby tables.
  5. Take a quiz to earn a “Certified Installer” certificate and enter a drawing to win a Do-It-Yourself Aluminum Piping Kit.
