SPEAK AT THE CONFERENCE

We appreciate your interest in submitting an abstract to speak at the Best Practices 2026 EXPO & Conference. To submit an abstract, please complete the form below. Speaker submissions are due May 29, 2026.

Conference Speakers receive a complimentary full‑conference pass (a $675 value). Please note that this benefit applies only to Conference Speakers; Pavilion Speakers (exhibitors) do not receive complimentary access.

The 2026 program will focus on the industrial plant utilities that power automation and production: compressed air, blower, vacuum, and comfort/process cooling systems. We welcome presentations that explore these systems individually or highlight the intersections between them. To help guide your submission, we encourage topics such as:

Maintenance and predictive strategies
System auditing, data, and monitoring
Piping, layouts, and system design
Heat recovery and cooling strategies for decarbonization
Energy and water efficiency strategies
Compressed air quality and nitrogen system applications
Case studies and field examples

Presentation Guidelines
Presentations must be educational in nature and may not promote or sell specific products or services. Submissions that include sales content will not be accepted.

Technology Pavilion
Exhibitors may apply to present a 20‑minute product‑focused session on the EXPO floor. If you wish to be considered for the Pavilion, please select the appropriate session type when completing your submission.

By submitting an abstract, you grant permission for your name, job title, company, biography, and presentation information to be used in conference promotional materials.

Conference Speaker Expectations & Guidelines:
➢ Presentations must be submitted utilizing the Best Practices EXPO & Conference PPT template.

➢ Presentations must be educational in nature and may not sell or promote any particular product or service during the presentation. Any presentations that attempt to sell a company’s products or services will not be accepted.

➢ The deadline for Speaker Abstract Submissions is Friday, May 29th, 2026.

➢ Submission does not guarantee inclusion or admittance to the conference.

➢ The deadline for all presentations is Thursday, August 13th, 2026. This will allow for any revisions or feedback from Session Chairs and Show Management. Smith Onandia Communications, LLC., reserves the right to revise presentations before, during and after the Best Practices EXPO & Conference.

➢ Speaker and presentation information will be utilized throughout show marketing in print and digital materials.

➢ Smith Onandia Communications LLC., will collect all presentation slides and distribute them to conference attendees after the show.

➢ Smith Onandia Communications, LLC., may record presentations in audio and/or visual form. Smith Onandia Communications will be the sole copyright owner of the recording and can distribute and use for marketing purposes. If a speaker’s presentation is recorded, Smith Onandia Communications will provide the speaker a complimentary copy of the recording upon request.

By giving consent above, I agree to the terms and understand my presentation will be recorded, owned and distributed by Smith Onandia Communications, LLC.

Pavilion Speaker Expectations & Guidelines:
➢ Pavilion presentations are reserved for exhibitors only.

➢ Submission does not guarantee inclusion or admittance to the conference.

➢ Presentations must be submitted for prior approval. Pavilion presentations are not required to be made with the Best Practices EXPO & Conference PPT template.

➢ Presentations may highlight features and benefits of your company’s products. Presentations are 20-minutes long, and speakers must respect the Pavilion Schedule. There will be a 10-minute grace period between each presentation.

➢ Presentations must refrain from direct comparisons to competing companies and their products. Any presentations that attempt to portray competitors in a negative light will not be accepted.

➢ The deadline for Speaker Abstract Submissions is Friday, May 29th, 2026.

➢ The deadline for all presentations is Thursday, August 13th, 2026. This will allow for any revisions or feedback from Show Management. Smith Onandia Communications reserves the right to review presentations before the Best Practices 2026 EXPO & Conference.
