Certified Compressed Air System Specialist (CCASS) Exam

CAGI’s personnel certification program for compressed air system specialists provides a means of verifying the capabilities of professionals in the compressed air systems industry. The program will allow customers, utilities, employers, and others to have confidence in the skills and abilities of the professionals in the industry who design, service, sell, and install compressed air systems and compressed air systems equipment. The program has been designed to comply with the ISO 17024 standard, Conformity Assessment – General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification of Persons.

The exam takes approximately 90 minutes to complete. Students must be seated 15 minutes prior to exam time.

The CCASS exam is available to any compressed air professional, regardless of education, background, or work experience. Limited to 6 per exam.

Registration

Registration for the CCASS exam at the Best Practices 2026 EXPO & Conference is now open. Follow the steps below to reserve your exam time:

1. Access the CAGI website.
2. Select “CCASS CERTIFICATION.”
3. Click “Register for Exam.”
4. Log in to your account or create a new one.
5. After logging in, open “Exam Catalog.”
6. Under “CABP Expo,” click “Register.”
7. Choose your preferred exam date and time, then click “Schedule.”
8. Complete the payment of $275 to finalize your registration.

Please note: You must pay CAGI $275 for the exam. Once registered, please send an e-mail to [email protected] to receive a discount code for $275 off a conference or expo hall pass.
