Step-by-Step Experience for Plant Maintenance Teams

1. Enter the 20’x30’ Pavilion at the front of the EXPO Hall and watch a brief instructional and safety video.
2. Participate in a four-minute challenge by locating leaks in pressurized compressed air piping, manifolds and tubing using the LeakCam 600 acoustic imaging camera.
3. Demo ultrasonic leak detector technology and address challenges like small and hard-to-reach leaks, distance, and noisy environments.
4. Learn best practices for planning and conducting leak assessments at your facility with planned inspection routes; and how to use leak quantification and cost analysis tools to estimate potential energy savings and prioritize leak repairs in a timely manner.
5. Gain knowledge, tools and experience to implement a leak management program at your facilities to enhance production, reduce energy consumption, then allow maintenance teams to prioritize upkeep and equipment repairs.
