MISSION STATEMENT

The Women In Compressed Air, Vacuum & Cooling Networking Group (WCVC) provides support to women who have chosen or are thinking of choosing a career in the compressed air, vacuum or cooling industries. The WCVC Networking Group welcomes individuals from every job function – engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, human resources, finance, and every job in between. Free membership is available to women within the compressed air, vacuum & cooling sectors or those who might be thinking of a career in the industry.

Women in Compressed Air, Vacuum & Cooling offers quarterly virtual meetings and networking opportunities in the hopes of empowering women in the compressed air, vacuum & cooling industries. The group will meet in-person annually at the Best Practices EXPO & Conference. Attendance is highly recommended but optional.

The WCVC Networking Group provides members with personal and professional development opportunities, including the ability to:

• Establish meaningful connections with peers and grow network
• Gain valuable industry insight to further career
• Improve leadership and communication skills
